Agreed with what Ski said. Wider stance, turn toes out slightly.

Also, ski gave me a tip that I use CONSTANTLY now. Instead of thinking "flat back," I think "chest out" and it's improved my form on just about every lift I actually use it as one of my rules for the occasional work hardening patient.
